This is the twenty-fifth issue of Exchanges, first published in May 2023. As usual, this issue brings together a range of articles from scholars from a variety of different disciplinary traditions around the globe. Topics in this issue include: Orwell, 1984 and contemporary British parliamentary debate, considerations of Wang and Munday's work on discourse analysis of translation and interpreting, John McGahern's fictive world and notions of utopian thinking, using Miro in teaching practice, an interview with Intissar Haddiya experiences as a novelist and poet and a book review of Wang and Munday’s work in translation and interpreting.
