This is the thirty-fifth issue of Exchanges and our third annual Research Culture issue, published September 2026. Article topics in this issue include: embedding inclusive change into research culture; collective action against research employment precarity; approaches to research culture from the perspective of organisational psychology, the Cultural Web, and change-management; interdisciplinarity and research culture in translation; and research collaboration as a means to improve work-placement programmes for youth.
