The autumn issue of the Exchanges journal once again brings together a diverse range of topics and authors from around the globe. This issue includes articles on James Joyce, second language acquisition, flexible manufacturing systems, vehicle engineering along with reflections on academic impact and an interview with Professor Bryan Cheyette. The editorial reflects on aspects of academic and publishing communication.
